I usually reserve this spot for the weeks Survival Guide which would be directed at Monet today because the girl didn’t stand a Twinkies chance in a fat farm. I had to brush all that aside because we finally got that drama that we’ve all been moaning for in the Big Brother 12 House! Yesterday on the Live Feeds the house exploded with fights and tears as Britney tries to campaign for Monet and all of Matt’s little secrets and game-play get revealed. Here’s how it went down.

Our resident mean girl Britney decided to campaign a little for her best bud Monet and starts to spread the word that Kristen is going to vote to keep Monet. This spreads through the house like wildfire Kristen flat out tells Monet that she won’t keep her. Rachel joins the fray and announces to the house that she wants Monet to go because she won $10,000 and is basically already in third place. Brendon runs to Rachel’s defense and adds his two cents. As this simmers down we get the expected tears from Monet and everybody splits up into their respective groups and talk about it. Monet cries to Matt who can barely contain himself because that is yet another nail in Monet’s coffin. Brit and Rachel go to the HOH Room and word get’s out that Matt volunteered to be the pawn this week to get Monet out, much to Brit’s surprise. She then tells Rachel how Matt has been rallying everybody against Rachel nad Brendon and want’s everybody to throw HOH to him next week so he can personally put both of them on the block. We get some tears from both girls by this “ultimate betrayal”. Ronnie Talbott’s references spew out aplenty.

There is a lock down and everybody goes outside. Brit and Rachel call Brendon to the hammock and let him in on the recent events. They are fuming but Brenchel state that they knew Matt was playing them all along because they are so smart.

Lock down over and Rachel calls Kathy and Regan to the HOH Room to get some information out of them regarding the situation. Regan goes out on a limb and sticks up for Matt and says the only way to get to the truth is to call a House meeting. Kathy thinks that’s a good idea and everybody is called to the Living Room, much to Kathy’s chagrin because she really needs a cigarette. Poor Kathy!

The meeting starts with Rachel telling the group what a liar Matt is and how he volunteered to be the pawn while rallying the house against Brenchel. Matt skillfully spins the entire story and says that he felt “bullied” by Brenchel and volunteered so he wouldn’t have a vote, there for didn’t have to vote the way they were telling him to. A litter weak, but the House eats it up. Regan again sticks up for Matt. Matt effectively counters every accusation that is thrown at him and shines the light back on Rachel and her “abusing” her HOH power. After hearing what Matt has to say, Britney backs down and doesn’t say much. Rachel’s hopes are dashed because she wanted to be the hero by calling this meeting and left looking a little worse than when it started. Poor Matt had to calm his nerves by downing a bottle of whine and passes out outside. Ha!

After all is said and done, Matt still has the votes to stay this week (minus Brendon and Kathy’s) and Monet will be taking the walk of shame. The end result for me is that I finally have somebody to root for this season. Matt did such a good job, I’m now a fan!
