Big Brother 14 Week One Nominations Revealed
Big Brother 14 is off with a bang and we’ve only just seen the premiere. I’m not big into recaps since you’ve already seen the show so I’ll briefly summarize.
Julie comes out looking smashing in a red dress telling us the same “expect drama, fun and betrayal” spiel as we here every season. She says that the House Guest will not be alone, but will be joined by “four of the greatest House Guest of all time” (not really) for new rules and a new prize. After the intros, Ian figures out who Willie Hantz is and Boogie, Britney, Dan and Janelle enter the house as coaches and pick teams as follows.

Britney picks Shane, Willie, JoJo
Boogie picks Frank, Ian, Jenn
Dan picks Kara, Danielle, Jodi
Janelle picks Wil, Ashley, Joe
We have a pretty physical teddy bear obstacle course comp where, I’m afraid to say in a house full of babes that Ian looked the most adorable. What’s going on there? Britney’s team wins and she names Willie the first HOH, Dan’s team loses and he sends Jodie a packing. A cruel first twist, but it shows the producers are trying to change this game up, so kudos to them.

Now on to the good stuff! When the Live Feeds come on, it becomes evident very early thanks to an eager beaver Ian who looks into the camera and informs us who the first nominees are. Willie has nominated Frank and Kara.
In other news, Ashley is on pain meds because of back spasms, dulling an already blunted mentality. No one particularly likes Danielle, who went into a story last night about how her father was possessed by an evil spirit and had an exorcism. (Yikes!) Ian is getting on everybody’s nerves. Ian also has some mystery power keeping him immune this week. Julie did talk about a “game changing power” at the end of last night’s episode.Your usual speculation frenzy is going on about POV. POV players are Shane, Willie, Wil, Frank, Kara, and Danielle with JoJo hosting. Janelle and Britney have joined forces and doing everything in their power to get Frank or anyone from Boogie’s team out this week as Boogie has already started to play his old games of divide and conquer. Dan seems to be low man on the totem pole as far as Coaches go, the others don’t trust him in the least. Frank is using what I think is common sense and stating that they shouldn’t care what the mentors tell them, they have no real power and are only here to make some money. There were, thankfully, many classic Britney moments last night. She did tell the girls not to put there crotches anywhere that Boogies has been if they want to keep a clean health record. Awww, I’ve missed you Brit.

That’s all I have for you. Expect me to break down the House dynamics soon and join me on Twitter to discuss the Live Feeds. See you there!
